Trevor & Lesley Biehn are the Senior Leaders at Jubilee Stratford. They are passionate about the Presence of God and the Kingdom of Heaven expanding as well as raising up and equipping people in their callings. They have a heart to connect people with Jesus through Evangelism and the End-Time Harvest. The Biehns have been married for 21 years and have 7 amazing children.
Jerry Steingard is the Advisory Leader at Jubilee Stratford. With a Masters in Divinity and a Doctorate in Practical Ministry, Jerry is a gifted teacher with a passion to train and educate believers on foundational topics such as Revival, Signs & Wonders, The Kingdom Of God, The End Times & the significance of the nation of Israel. After Pastoring for over 35 years he has incredible wisdom and insight to see the Church succeed and thrive in what God has called her to. Jerry is married to Pam and together they have 3 married children.
Michael Steingard is the Worship Leader for Jubilee Stratford. Michael has always had a love of connecting with the Lord through deep and intimate times of worship and started leading at a city-wide worship gathering as a teenager. He is passionate about encouraging the Church to connect with the Lord in a new way, as well as raising up musicians to worship with a spirit of excellence. He has a heart to see the musicians and worship leaders at Jubilee thrive in their authentic giftings and to see original, creative worship songs released through the worship department. More recently Michael has been developing and working with the Media Team for online streaming and recording. He met his wife Kailyn leading worship together in a House of Prayer and they now have two children.
Stephen and Tricia love community! Healthy community to them means kids and families are growing in their love for God and each other, and then equipped to share that love to those around. They love everything creative and wacky, musical and artistic, fun and life-giving! With their passion and excitement for creativity, children and Jesus they make amazing and the most entertaining and loving children and family pastors. They have three awesome kids of their own, and together they love to create, travel and enjoy the adventure of life.
Pierre & Melanie Mallinson oversee the Growth Groups at Jubilee Stratford. They met while they were both working in Egypt in 2001. They married in 2002 and after years of travelling moved back to Melanie’s homeland here in Canada. They are blessed with two children, Abigail and Jayden. Their heart is to have everyone connected to a small group of believers to experience a place of belonging and to provide opportunities to share and grow in spiritual gifts.
Katelyn Biehn has a deep longing and desire to see this next generation on fire for God. From a young age Katelyn gave her life to God and found a connection through worship and music. At the age of 4 she picked up the drums and started to play on worship teams at just 7 years old. Today she is a multi-instrumentalist and regularly leads worship here on Sunday mornings. Her passion, influence and dedication to the youth is inspiring. As an optimistic and energetic young female the youth easily engage and transform their lives based on the authentic personal connection they find with God during youth group.
Rob is passionate about the manifest presence of God. His faith for the miraculous is contagious! Rob’s life was forever changed as a young adult in a radical encounter with the Holy Spirit in 2004 at a youth conference in Toronto. Since then he has made a beautiful family grounded in God with his wife Jen and four incredible children Kelsey, Haylie, Isaac & Madelyn. His desire is to see Revival come to Stratford and for the fire and love of God to move on youth and young adults here and around the world! It is his honour to serve as a Senior Youth Leader at Jubilee Stratford. You can also catch him hosting our Sunday services.

Bruno and Lisa Hacquebard have served as leaders of the Transformation Centre since its formation. Both are ordained ministers and have spent time in full time ministry in the church and community. They have a wide variety of life experiences and training which they bring to the Centre. Serving in the Transformation Centre is a fulfillment of their call based on Luke 4:18 NLT ….”The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free.” It is a privilege to see God’s hand move and see lives change!
Elizabeth Nedecki is the hub for all the information regarding Jubilee. She keenly works in our office on a daily basis taking care of all the administrative duties with excellence and attention for detail. Growing up in Communist Eastern Europe, she knows what a blessing it is to live in a land that honours God. Elizabeth has a heart for people and uses that gift to serve in an authentic and loving way. If you ever find yourself needing information or help she has you covered!
Kailyn Steingard is the Communications Director for Jubilee Stratford. With her talent for writing and attention to detail she oversees areas such as website, social media and written content as well as gives insight and input into different areas of communication throughout the church. Growing up with a strong upbringing of faith, she has always had a passion for communicating the heart of God is and the importance of community. She is married to Michael Steingard and they have two beautiful children.
